Christmas shopping in DownTown Kingsport – Day 1

I spent the morning walking around DownTown to get an idea of what DownTown Kingsport has to offer for Christmas Shopping. To tell you the truth, I was surprised to find so much!

Let’s begin with Kaffe Blue.

Now gift certificates for meals and drinks here would make most any recipient delighted. Especially now with the fire place going. It is a cozy atmoshpere. But they didn’t stop there.

They are offering specialty teas of all sorts.

(Chai,White, Green, Herbal,and traditional black teas like Earl Gray), luxury coffee beans, coffee mugs, gourmet short bread cookies in a great Christmas tin, and the list goes on.

These are great stocking stuffers that will keep you warm through out the winter. To top it off they also have a wide variety of used books to choose from and local art from April Jordan.

Just across the street is the Paper Tree. I was greeted by the smiling face of Berniece Wolfe, and perused through the isles finding Christmas accessories galore. From wrapping paper, gift bags, cards, tree ornaments, stuffed animals and figurines of all kinds, this is definitely a speciality store you don’t want to bypass.
