I wasn't sure what to expect, but found a roomy restaurant with friendly people and a great atmosphere...not to mention wonderfully tasty food! We enjoyed chips and salsa as an appetizer, even my Mother, who had before today "never found a salsa that pleased" her. The Chicken Salad was suggested by my local family, as well as the White Chicken Chili. Both were available in a combo for a reasonable lunch price. A good selection of fair-trade coffee and alcoholic "brews" like the Blue Moon I enjoyed were also there to accompany your meal or stand alone on an evening trip. Everything I ate was really good, and the wait staff were there to make sure your meal was enjoyable. If I had more time in the area, I'd love to go back at different times...and could see myself becoming a regular if I lived here. Kaffe Blue Thursday and Friday nights are jazzed up with live music now. Enjoy a signature pasta dish such as the Spicy Chicken Romano with your favorite beverage. Finally, don't forget the delectable desserts! A unique almond pound cake is absolutely delicious and the cheesecakes are quite the favs of our family as well. Yes, i said family! Kaffe Blue is great for any occasion it seems! A lunch/brunch w/friends or business associates while just as great for that gals or guys night outon Thursday or Friday evenings!
